Algemene voorwaarden

 

  1. Geldigheid
    Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn bij schriftelijke goedkeuring van de offerte meteen van toepassing. IdealDog zet zich in om mensen en honden in harmonie te laten leven aan de hand van een begeleidingstraject en de daarbij horende activiteiten.

  2. Betrokkenheid, aansprakelijkheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
    Bovenstaande vraagt van de klant een actieve betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor het bereiken van het in het begeleidingsplan omschreven doel, dan wel voor het werken aan de aangegeven punten ter verbetering. De klant is zich ervan bewust dat geen garantie kan worden gegeven voor de te bereiken doelen. IdealDog kan op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor enige vorm van zowel directe als indirecte schade. De klant is er zich van bewust van de eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor de te behalen resultaten. Eventuele geschillen worden behandeld naar Belgisch recht.

  3. Sessies en werkwijze
    Op voorhand wordt met de klant afgesproken uit hoeveel sessies een behandeling bestaat. Indien de klant een afspraak niet kan nakomen, dient hij hiervan IdealDog op de hoogte te brengen. Indien de klant IdealDog niet minstens 24 u. op voorhand inlicht zal de sessie aangerekend worden.
    IdealDog kan wegens overmacht een afspraak annuleren of verplaatsen naar een latere datum in samenspraak met de klant.

  4. Geheimhouding
    Al het materiaal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, dat IdealDog gebruikt om de klant te helpen is vertrouwelijk en mag nooit openbaar gemaakt worden. IdealDog zal eveneens alle informatie met betrekking tot de klant vertrouwelijk behandelen.

  5. Betaling
    De tarieven vind men terug op de website van IdealDog.
    De betaling dient te gebeuren cash, na elke sessie.
    Een factuur zal binnen de 10 werkdagen verstuurd worden.

Terms and conditions

  1. Validity
    The following terms and conditions are applicable and valid from signature of the offers. IdealDog is focussed to bring back an harmonious relationship between humans and dogs through working closely together on required activities.

  2. Involvement, liability and responsibility.
    The above requires from the client an active    involvement and work to reach the defined goals in coaching plan. The client realize that no warranty can be given for the achievement of the targets. IdealDog can't be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect damages. The client realizes and understands his responsibility to achief the results. Eventual disputes will be handled according Belgian law.

  3. Sessions and way of working
    During the introduction meeting and before the start of the treatment it will be agreed with the client how many sessions will be required. If the client can't meet the appointment he will inform IdealDog at least 24h upfront or the session will be billed and counted as token place. IdealDog can be forced due to unforeseen and urgent circomstances to cancel or reschedule an appointment in agreement with the client.

  4. Confidentiality
    All the material, being written or verbal, used by IdealDog to help a client is confidential and can't be disclosed in any way. IdealDog will handle all data related to the client strictly confidential. 

  5. Payement 
    The prices are available at the website of IdealDog 
    The payement of the services provided by IdealDog must occur cash and at the end of the session(s). An invoice will be send within 10 business day's.

•    Article 1- Objet
Les conditions générales de vente ci-dessous précisent les modalités des prestations de service proposées par IdealDog – RC 0678.560.035, Coach à domicile en éducation et comportement canin. Les prestations de service seront effectuées à la demande du client majeur

•    Article 2 – Application
Ces conditions générales sont d’application après l’approbation de l’offre écrite. IdealDog œuvrera pour que les maîtres et les chiens puissent vivre en harmonie grâce à un projet d’accompagnement et des activités associées.

•    Article 3 – Obligations et responsabilités
IdealDog s’engage à mettre en œuvre tous les moyens et techniques de travail pour obtenir les résultats souhaités et/ou demandés par le propriétaire dans le respect de l’animal. Il s'agit d'une obligation de moyens et non de résultat. En aucun cas le client ne pourra exiger de résultats, ceux-ci étant liés à la capacité et l’implication de ce dernier à mettre en application les conseils d’éducation mais aussi aux propres réactions de l’animal, être vivant dont les réactions peuvent être imprévisibles. Les éventuels litiges seront traités conformément à la loi en vigueur en Belgique. 
•    Article 4 – Sessions et méthode
Le client sera informé au préalable du nombre de sessions prévues et/ou la rééducation proposée. Si le client ne pouvait pas respecter un rendez-vous, il en informera IdealDog à temps. Si toutefois IdealDog n’était pas prévenu dans un délai de 24 h avant le rendez-vous fixé, la session sera portée en compte. En cas de force majeure, IdealDog peut annuler ou déplacer un rendez-vous à une date ultérieure en commun accord avec le client.

•    Article 5 – Confidentialité
IdealDog s'engage à ne pas divulguer des informations personnelles concernant ses clients à autrui (à l’exclusion des confrères susceptibles de le seconder) et respecter le secret professionnel de rigueur. Le client s’engage réciproquement à une obligation générale de confidentialité portant sur toute information orale ou écrite, quel qu’en soit le support, pendant toute la durée des prestations ainsi qu’après son échéance. 

•    Article 6- Tarif & Paiement
Les tarifs sont disponibles sur le site Internet d’IdealDog.
Les modalités de paiement des prestations de service proposés par IdealDog sont comptant. La facture de prestation de service sera envoyée au client dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrables.
